Memorial Day Weekend

We had a nice relaxing long weekend. Jake & I had planned to fly across the Inlet to spend the weekend at our friends lodge but the winds kept us from that plan. So we spent the weekend with friends and outside enjoying the sunshine. Sienna is talking more each day....saying dog, WOW, dada and hi. She is such a quick learner...and loves to wave and blow kisses. Still not walking We are getting very excited for the arrival of Grams & Papa this week and feel so blessed that they get to spent the summer with us. Hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

Off to Grandparents house we went....

We took Sienna on her 1st out of state vacation to Colorado and South Dakota to visit our parents. She is a wonderful little traveler and had so much fun meeting all kinds of new friends! We had a great time going for walks, rafting, exploring Wind Cave and Custer State Park and visiting with family & friends. It took her awhile to get use to crawling around on the grass but she got use to it. When we returned to Alaska...spring is in full swing and we have been having fun...going for walks, bike rides, exploring around the deck and trying to take a step or two! Oh yes....next month is our big 1 year birthday and I have a feeling we will be walking by then.
